Hosted PBX architecture
The architecture of the Hosted PBX and Internet solution is designed to give customers a dedicated link to their business, which delivers both the voice and data requirements. All the smart technology is operated offsite. The client need only be concerned about connecting their IP phones to their existing network infrastructure.
Hosted PBX options
Comvergence Offers two Hosted PBX Offerings based on the size of
business and requirements.
Hosted PBX Lite
Includes all features as listed above, however is designed for small businesses with between 2 to 6 Extensions. With the Hosted PBX Lite inbound callers to your Directory Number are directed to a single phone, round robin or simultaneous calling of a number of phones.
Hosted PBX Advanced
Idea for business with between 6 to 50 Extensions. Includes all features as listed previously, however also includes the following features:
- Web based Hosted PBX Control
- Busy Line Feature/Reception Console Support
- Call Pickup
- IVR, Advanced Night Switching, Time Conditions, Queuing and Ring Groups
