Managed Router Service
Comvergence provides a management service, whereby we configure and manage a customer’s Cisco router.
This includes:
- Custom router setup
- Change controls
- Daily reporting of configuration changes via email
- Full audit trail of configuration changes
- Daily monitoring and reporting of availability via email and/or SMS
- Business Continuity – same business day* router replacement in the event of a fault

*Hardware replacement is provided within 24 hours of the fault occurring as long as it is reported before 16h00 AEST. If the fault is reported after 16h00 AEST, replacement will occur within 24 hours of the start of the next business day.
Even though our SLA is 24 hours to replace the router we will try and deliver a replacement router within the standard business day.
Managed Router Services are available in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, other areas POA.
Managed Router Services are only available with equipment purchased from Comvergence.
Monthly management charges of $25 per additional WAN link connected to the router.
