Cloud PBX Phone System FAQs

How many phone lines do I receive with the cloud PBX?

Each extension is equivalent to a single line. So if you purchase a cloud PBX with 5 extensions you will automatically receive 5 simultaneous lines at any onetime.

Yes each user gets their own unique phone number known as a DID (for example 02 9004-45XX), this can be ported from another provider if required.

We port Australian and mobile numbers that can be used in the cloud PBX and on associated extensions.

A 1300 number is a national number that can be dialled without an area code from any Australian State and is

linked to either a single answering point or setup for state-based routing if there are branches across Australia.

The customer/client dialling the 1300 number is charged a set untimed fee for the call. 

We provide international local numbers to over 40 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, New Zealand, Thailand, Hong Kong, and more.
