Comvergence drives roadside assistance leader into cloud

Comvergence has completed a major site relocation for wholesale roadside assistance market leader, Australian Motoring Services (AMS).
AMS, wholly-owned by the Automobile Clubs of Australia, including the NRMA, RACV and RACQ), recently shifted offices in Melbourne and enlisted Comvergence to install a 40-user Hosted PBX with a 100Mbps data connection to Comvergence’s proprietary data centre.
“AMS recognised the opportunity to move all their office services into the cloud so we stepped in to help streamline their operations with a hosted solution that includes a 10Mbps back-up service to ensure their connectivity,” Comvergence Technical Director Ryan van Klaveren said.
